I recently engaged in shameful shopping trip through Hallmark.com.
I bought the Tinker Bell ornament, the Frostlight Faeries, Too Delandra ornament, and the set of Sugar Plum Faeries ornaments.
Half-price, though.
But the expedition to eBay was even more shameful.
In lieu of joining the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Collector's Club for $25, and then buying the Gabriella ornament for $35, I bought it outright in an auction from some savvy KOCC member, for $45.
Ridiculously expensive, yes.
Stupid, probably.
But entirely capable of making Kristen exceptionally happy? Indeedily-deedily-do.
I bring this up because my New Year's resolution is to do whatever it takes to make me as happy as possible, consequences be damned. And if that means I have to stay another day to buy a dust collector that makes me smile?
So be it.
